About the role
Simulation engineers reduce guesswork before metal is cut or plastic is printed. You own the analysis loop from simplified CAD through validated results and recommended design changes.
What you'll do
- Build and run FEA and CFD studies aligned with program milestones
- Document assumptions, mesh strategy, and conclusions in short reports
- Work with design engineers to iterate geometry based on stress, deflection, or flow data
- Flag risks early when loads, materials, or boundary conditions are underspecified
- Archive models and results so future revisions don't start from zero
