About the role
You are the hands-on owner of print operations and outbound fulfillment. When a customer orders a part or a run finishes on the farm, you make sure the right item ships with the right documentation - and that printers are ready for the next job.
What you'll do
- Operate, monitor, and maintain 3D printers across common FDM workflows
- Queue jobs, swap materials, and troubleshoot typical print failures without halting the shop
- Post-process parts to agreed finish levels before they leave the building
- Pick, pack, and ship website orders; update tracking and flag exceptions early
- Keep consumables, build plates, and workspace organized so engineering can focus on design
