Scope of work
Split checkout from the Stagea community platform into a focused Saleor monorepo:
- Pin
saleor-platformandsaleor-storefrontas Git submodules - Fork storefront to
heff0/saleor-storefrontfor controlled bumps and Heff-specific patches - Prove Docker compose boot path for API, worker, Postgres, Redis, dashboard
- Wire multi-channel GraphQL assumptions for future Heff retail experiments
- Keep README honest — test build, not production launch
Out of scope: payment provider production keys, PCI audit, full catalog migration from Stagea.
